Life Centre offers
confidential counselling services for women and men survivors of all
types of sexual abuse- past or present. Based in Chichester
Mankind uk a support and
resource service for men who have been sexually abused, sexually -
assaulted and/or raped. It is a National UK charitable organisation
based in Newhaven, East Sussex, established to provide counselling
and support for victims of male rape, male sexual assault and
violence,as well as sex abuse support for men.

help put adult women survivors in touch with others both in small
self- help groups run by survivors, where we support each other by
sharing our experiences and feelings at regular meetings, and by
supporting individuals. They also have booklists of suggested
reading and contacts with other organisations, including national
