A non-profit making organisation based in the UK dedicated to provide help, support and information to any adult who is suffering from past childhood abuse.

HAVOCA are not responsible for the running, conduct or contents of these groups.

ASCSA Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse offers a counselling service through a discussion group for adult woman survivors to help them recover, and through them to keep their family as happy and healthy as possible.

ASCSA hopes to offer a supportive community network service to adult male survivors where possible, and may be able to do more in the future.

Life Centre offers confidential counselling services for women and men survivors of all types of sexual abuse- past or present. Based in Chichester

Mankind uk a support and resource service for men who have been sexually abused, sexually - assaulted and/or raped. It is a National UK charitable organisation based in Newhaven, East Sussex, established to provide counselling and support for victims of male rape, male sexual assault and violence,as well as sex abuse support for men.

Metamorphosis help put adult women survivors in touch with others both in small self- help groups run by survivors, where we support each other by sharing our experiences and feelings at regular meetings, and by supporting individuals. They also have booklists of suggested reading and contacts with other organisations, including national ones.
