The Basement Project provides support groups for those who have been abused as children and people who self-harm. These are free to individuals and funded by our work with professionals. They also provide training, consultation and supervision for workers in community and mental health services.

B.A.W.S.O- Black Association of Women Step Out-offer advice, support and refuge accommodation for black and minority ethnic women and their children who are experiencing domestic violence. The Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre provides a confidential 24 hour help line every day of the year for individuals who have experienced, or are experiencing, domestic violence.

The help line is staffed by trained workers and through this line callers can access one or many of the services provided by the organisation.

New Pathways run a telephone support for adults and children who have experienced rape and/or sexual abuse, and children suffering any trauma. Also for their friends, families and partners. Telephone counselling available one evening a week. Offer face to face counselling, a children's therapist, and play therapy.

North West Wales Rape Crisis Line we offer are Helpline, Counselling, Practical Support, Information and Signposting, and also Community Education and Awareness Raising work. We are able to offer these services from a variety of locations right across North Wales, in an effort to make our service more accessible to everyone. Along with this, our services are now availble to men and women equally-We work with anyone who is aged 14 and over who has been affected by sexual violence, whether recently or in the past.
