Can I add too that sometimes people can be in such a low place themselves that any hint of negatively or even a lack of a reply can send them down in a spiral. Everyone has to be realistic about what this place is. People drop ...

But thanks too to everyone on here. You have been a massive support and it's been so important to be able to just tell my story. Stuff that is too hard to tell anyone else. Talking on here means I'm much happier to admit that my childhood has affected my adulthood.

Maybe a kindle book would work, but not poems or just some poems. Would the forum format translate to a self help book form? . There are themes that come up again and again.

Yep had to this yesterday. Was s bit panicky like had I been refused access because I'd done something bad, and what would I do if I couldn't get on!

I've never seen anything like it before on this site. Sometimes things get a little heated, someone else calls them out and then apologies all round. Never anything like this before this is usually a very respectful site.
