But thanks too to everyone on here. You have been a massive support and it's been so important to be able to just tell my story. Stuff that is too hard to tell anyone else. Talking on here means I'm much happier to admit that my childhood has affected my adulthood.

Maybe a kindle book would work, but not poems or just some poems. Would the forum format translate to a self help book form? . There are themes that come up again and again.

I wonder if they have data analysts to run thier surveys past, there is s bit of art/science to creating a good survey.
