I told a counselor. I think I was 23 years old.

I was abused from age 2-18. (Physical, emotional, sexual, verbal abuse.)

Raped by stranger at age 19.

Molested by counselor at age 34.

I actually do want to forgive.....totally.

I agree I don't think there is ever any pressure to forgive. Like I mentioned, my forgiveness just happened, it wasn't something I planned. Perhaps thats why i know its real.
