Will never be better than an 7-8. Have no emotions for guilt, shame, pity. Very thin emotional spectrum. Makes empathy hard. Take queues from others.
Not unhappy, been OK for a very long time. Not sure I will ever be "happy". Sort of that narrow band in the middle

in Australia Blue Knot runs workshops. Book out very fast. The workshops are great but having coffee and lunch with others is one of the major benefits. Also the workshops will let the group direct some things at times.

Was poisoned and hospitalized with pneumonia when six months old. (In Sydney at that time minimum temps at night never under 65F).

Wife, and again a bit different to girlfriend, and it only came out when she was telling me how her father had yelled and belittled one of her brothers. She was quite upset and I said "that's nothing and described a small amount". She found it very hard to hear so I stopped. Was not until 40+ years ...
