I realise that if everything goes ok I will not be here at Christmas and I will be in a country where they do not even celebrate Christmas and anyway I would rather give the money directly to Havoca (retailer's share price will do fine without me) so I will make a donation instead.

Gosh, to answer for myself which I notice I didn't do (leaving me behind again, shocking ).

If there was a professional qualified counsellor and everyone was an absolute equal maybe. Otherwise no. Like Sigma said it's all opinions and I feel safe here.

OK then my reaction would be maybe think about devising tough ground rules with input from a psychiatrist particularly about any type of touching, hand holding etc. And opportunities for people to express ANY concerns they may have freely and without fear of being shunned or disapproved of by the ...

Sounds brilliant! Can I be open about what I have seen in a survivor led group?

I went to a support group without a therapist. It did help me a lot to show up sit there drink tea and acknowledge, I think it was based on the American model, it was in another country.

I see the abusers as someone that came between me and my development, they disrupted and invaded my relationship with myself, they breached my sanctuary, my private place!! They went where ...

Since the definition of self harm is bigger I would like to include impatience. A minor medical problem has recently forced me to slow down; and I can now feel the violence in impatience.

The reason still haunts me. I was angry with myself because I did not have enough money to the pay the rent. I wish the small scars would go away. I think violent self harm is about rage. It's a terrible terrible anger that has nothing to do with releasing energy ...

You don't have to speak when you are spoken to...you can just speak.
