Wow Tanya - thank you so much for writing that.
It's so easy to think that those who give good advice are 'sorted' - they've done all the sifting through the crap - they have all the answers....
I realise now that that isn't true.
I've seen 'being sorted' as the ultimate goal and so many times have tripped myself up by thinking that I'm 'getting there' and then something else rears its ugly head.
I'm sort of at that point again in my 'story'... I make a breakthrough and then think "I've done it"... "I'm there"...
Your wise words are just what I needed to read and ponder over....
You're helpful to so many people - just remember that we're here for you too.
My message box is always open in case you are having a crappy day...
Thank you for what you do and what you share. I'm very grateful to know you and to have you supporting me.
And thank you for being you and for being here.

Re: Blog Update - Advice and rhetorical questions
Awwwwww Jamie. Thank you. Wow.
SunshineSmile I have done a lot of sifting!!!! But this week has been a difficult one. The last few weeks in fact. I seem to have noticed that I stop doing the things that help when I really need them? Something upsets the balance and everything goes to shit. LOL.
This piece took such a long time to write because there was a big disconnect. Right now, the balls have all been picked up and I'm juggling again and very very connected and I'm wobbly. Thank you for saying that. You have no idea the impact.
I will always be here my lovely and I will continue to support you. You help me in ways I don't understand yet. Keep being you too.

Thank you sunshine tan
Beautifully written, hopeful, and deeply honest.
Touching too (reaches out and connects with the pain, the reality, everything. )
