Member of the Year is an important award because it provides the winner with the recognition they deserve from the people that matter - the members. The 2010 competition was extremely close this year and the winner only emerged towards the end of the voting period.

For those of you who frequent the main site, you'll know there is a link to 'Polls' at the top of the page. I haven't added any new polls for quite some time - mainly because they are difficult to set up and manpower intensive to maintain.

So I've had a brain wave!

I've added a section to the forum that will now become the Poll section- I can update this more readily and will be forced to maintain it because I can see it everyday!!!!
