hi,

would like to say that the course is well worth the amount of work you put in, although what you get out depends totally what you put in. i would recommend you to give it a go as it allows you to look constructively at yourself and build a safety network, and you have the support of liz and jamie aswell as the others on the course which always helps. i still look back over the work that i did and the tasks set to see if i can improve. well worth the effort and wait. lp xx
