Rules Page Added

Some of you may have noticed there is now a rules page link at the top of the page (next to the Blogs and FAQ links)

I intend to move the rules from the old forum across to this one (Check here)

I'd appreciate it if you could take some time to read through the old rules and make any suggestions.
