Is there a legal statement of who retains rights to any works submitted, including limitations around their use? I'd potentially be interested in submitting but not if there's no protection in place for myself as author/artist

I know that it needs to be able to produce numbers, and that the designer is also under constraints, but one should always start with reality, and make things bend to fit that, rather than the other way round. It's not a biggie anyway. I'm sure their work will produce some useful stats. Agreed. And...

Completed it in around 10 minutes. I found the range of permitted responses to be rather restrictive. The scale could include other options to cover more scenarios. (It's difficult to express what I mean here.) I wonder if they have data analysts to run thier surveys past, there is s bit of art/sci...

I can't honestly remember as I was first a member here many years ago. I was reminded of HAVOCA through Mind and NAPAC website recommendation though.
