The comprehensive holistic approach: This is by far the most in depth and inclusive website/support system in it's field.

You can take from it and give to it as much or as little as you want: Some people read. Some people post. Some people share. Some people advise. Some people write. Some people donate. But everybody cares.

The fact that everybody here just gets it!

A whole supportive community where i can just be me.

I found a belonging here. Friends here. A purpose here.

I love that when we're struggling or in pain, we can post about it, as it really is, without having to put triggers on everything and walking on eggshells.

I love that people are so supportive even when they're struggling themselves.

I love the wealth of information to dip into.

I love being able to be honest here - where I can truly be me, without having to 'be' someone else.

I love the feeling of coming 'home' when I log in - coming home to a place of safety, support and comfort.

I love the fact that Jamie had the vision to start up Havoca in the first place.

If there's something that saddens me, it's the fact that I didn't discover Havoca a long time ago.

life is NOT perfect and that’s normal!
Everyone continues to try and that is all that matters!

People don’t shy away from sensitive subjects like sexual abuse amongst others
Talking about sex etc is normal
The chat aspect of the forum
Everyone is anonymous
