Help Required - how did you find us?

As part of our funding plan, we are reaching out to organisations who regularly refer survivors to our services.

Would you mind letting us know if you were referred by another organisation and leave a note to that affect below, please.

I wasn't referred but did find my link to Havoca on the napac website.

Looks like the website's been updated but direction to Havoca still given, as it should be.

I don't know how many are verbally directed this way.

I'd be quite happy to help how and when I can, including any communications and any cooperative fundraising. Added bonus I'm a regular supporter of most crisis lines including NAPAC and Samaritans and MIND and most charities protecting vulnerable children (surely even they would still want to help the one's they missed?) so I'll be known to a lot of them in some way already.

Let me know if there's anything I can do, quite happy to start some balls rolling on Havoca's behalf.

I think for me it was a combination - probably NAPAC also, as looked at a a lot of literature on their site - but I think also just general google search and links from Mind

I can't honestly remember as I was first a member here many years ago. I was reminded of HAVOCA through Mind and NAPAC website recommendation though.

Through a search engine, DuckDuckGo, because I am in the states. The link took me to a site which listed the top recommended support forum for childhood abuse. Havoca was the top pick for all kinds of abuse. The other forum I used to be on which is for childhood and adult sexual abuse was the second forum listed.

I can't remember (I know I found the home page once and was put off by the references to 'survivor to thriver' and didn't get through to the forums) but I have a feeling it might have been the police historic abuse team. I reported to my local police station and then got a call from the historic abuse team who couldn't follow up but suggested I look here (I think.)

I think I googled "CSA survivor forums" or something like that and HAVOCA was probably 3 or 4. I'm in the USA if that matters too.
