Call for research participants!
My name is Aili and I am a student with the University of Nottingham. As part of my doctoral thesis, I would like to better understand different ways that survivors of child sexual victimisation might cope and think about themselves, others and the world around. It is believed that some ways of coping and thinking might be related to eating disorder type difficulties, whilst other ways might protect from such difficulties. Knowing more about this could help us to improve support services and prevent survivors from developing eating-related difficulties.
Hence, if you are a survivor of child sexual victimisation (male or female) and you are currently 16 years or older, I would like to invite you to participate in the study.
The study is completely confidential and open to both male and female participants. It has been approved by the University of Nottingham ethics committee and should take approximately 30-45 min to complete.
Your help to shed more light on this sensitive, yet important topic would be greatly appreciated!
