I registered once before to come and see you but chickened out.
Since then ive hit major problems that i recognise are related to the original abuse and which are part of a pattern throughout my life.
i hit crisis with symptoms of extreme anxiety/ panic attacks/ nightmares and the same old feelings of wanting to run for the hills/ isolate/hide etc.. you know the usual demons. I’ve been like this for 3weeks now and this time I’m unable to get myself grounded for long enough to go back to work. I’m having psychodynamic therapy but have so far only had x1 session. My question is can i have two kinds of therapy on going at the same time?

Yes, two types of therapy are generally fine as long as each therapist knows about the other therapy. This will help each one plan your sessions to suit your needs in the best possible way.
