We offer an easy-to-access pay what you can counselling service for adults in Gloucestershire that can be face-to-face, online or over the telephone.
There are times when we all experience difficulties that become a struggle to manage on our own. At times like these, it can be helpful to talk to someone who can support you to find your own way forward.

All of our therapeutic services support mental health, inclusivity, and emotional well-being.
We are based at two locations, Cheltenham Town Centre, and in-between Gloucester and Cheltenham near the A46, Shurdington Road. Some of our funded projects can take place in community settings and within organisations or schools.
