The Men’s Resource Centre of Manitoba is a unique service for men that is one of only a few across Canada. It is the purpose of the Men’s Resource Centre is to enable the provision of counselling services for men who have experienced trauma and stressors in their lives and want to resolve related issues, recognizing that challenges to mental health as well as addictions are among the long term consequences related to unresolved trauma and stressors. We offer a range of support services to men on a variety of issues that men commonly encounter.
All therapy services at MRC are free of charge. We welcome all men age 16 years old and up to use our programs and services. Please click below to jump to the program or service descriptions.

The best way to connect with MRC services is by calling the office at 204.415.6797 ext. 250 during business hours and sign up for an Orientation Session . Orientation Sessions provide an overview of the programs and services offered at MRC. Men may then by referred to the next step in acquiring access to Individual or Group Therapy Services. Some clients may be referred to other organizations when MRC programs filled to capacity.
