What We Offer

Our Support Services

Helpline
We offer phone support via our helpline 01738 630 965. Our helpline operates Monday and Wednesday from 0930 – 1330 and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 1230 – 1630. Outwith these hours, or if a worker is unavailable, you can leave a message and a worker will discreetly return your call as soon as possible (our number is always withheld). If you are calling between the hours of 6pm and midnight, you can contact the Rape Crisis Scotland National Helpline on 08088 01 03 02.

Face to face support
We offer face to face support, either as a single appointment or on an ongoing basis. Our face to face support usually takes place at our city centre premises, but if you would prefer another location this can be discussed with a worker. For further information about this you may wish to view our Outreach page. Our office hours are 0930 – 1630, but if you are not able to meet during these times we will do our best to offer you an alternative time that is suitable. If you would prefer, you can bring someone with you to your first appointment. However, if you are coming to our premises we request that you bring a female.

Group support
At present we run a weekly Arts & Crafts group for survivors who access our support service. We deliver additional groups including Self-Esteem, Stress Management and a Social Group.
