Post by Jamie »

Please can you all nominate someone who you think is deserving of the Member of the Year 2013 award.

This award is given by the community to the person they feel has been the most supportive, the most genuine and the most reliable. Its the communities opportunity to give that person something back, to show their appreciation and offer their thanks.

Nominations close 0n 28 Jan 2013. Please PM or email me with your nomination.

Many thanks

Jamie

I think the problem with this poll....is that we have to vote on hearing for the first time about the actual vote. I couldn't really say yes without a bit of a lie - I have to say yes or no - and I couldn't say yes because I wasn't able to vote without selecting yay or nay first.

so ....

I said yes and quickly went and voted :D

Dont worry about the poll - its just the only way i can make every user see the post before they access the site. :-)

Thank you for everyone's votes - its been a really good response (at last!!!) :-)

There are still a few hours left to register your vote and so far it is extremely close between two clear leaders. Your vote could really count.

I'll annouce the winner tomorrow!

Hi,

I'm afraid I didn't vote this year, not because I didn't want to but because I couldn't pick between 3 brilliant, caring and kind people, who despite finding it so very difficult and having their own journey have always been here for me. So I couldn't choose between 3 people as it would seem so unfair to single out one when you are all fabulous and are always there to offer hugs etc. I'm sure the people I'm talking about know who they are so a

VERY BIG THANKS for being there for me.

And Jamie I don't mean to steal the thread either, just wanted to let them know.
