I would like to say, as a member, not as a moderator...

Consider, for your nomination, the quiet, reliable members who can be counted on to give advice that comes from considered reflection, not just hugs and platitudes. Those members who say what you need to hear, and not necessarily what you want to hear....that helps show people the way.
