Can be the version of myself that I am if that makes sense , I'm meaning the various versions we all have to be and had to be to fit in to different areas of our lives , family version, friends version,colleagues version ,public version ,sports version ,spacesuit version logging into havoca is like unlocking the door after a noisy day and taking the weight of your feet and relaxing into a alternate world where everyone has a level of understanding and heart because of all our lived experiences

I posted this back in 2018.

Havoca has since become a place where I can share it all, even the things I would've most certainly doubted happened 4 years ago when I posted the above description of this wonderful forum.

I've come to learn so much and have been able relate to others even though my abuse is out there, out there, I still find common ground with others in their abuse. As a result I no longer feel so alone in my struggles to heal.

And most of all, I'm moving toward thriving more and more each day. I know with therapy alone that I would have not achieved this.
