Blog Update: Internal Boundaries & Self‑Worth

Post by Jamie »

New Blog Idea: Internal Boundaries & Self‑Worth

Thanks to Northern’s suggestion, we’re exploring a new blog topic that many survivors may find deeply relevant: internal boundaries. These are the quiet, personal limits we set within ourselves — how we speak to ourselves, what emotional weight we carry, and how we respond to old patterns. For many of us, learning to build these boundaries is a huge part of rebuilding self‑worth.

The blog will look at what internal boundaries are, why survivors often struggle with them, and how strengthening them can transform the way we see ourselves. We’ll also include boundary‑focused book recommendations for anyone wanting to go deeper.

If this resonates, feel free to share your thoughts, experiences, or ideas below. Your insights help shape the content we create — and they might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
