If there was a *if I could afford it then yes* then I would of gone for that option. Unfortunatly not everyone can afford to go xmas shopping, or people may want to totally forget xmas or not have anyone to buy for so I feel uncomfortable that a justification is being asked for.
Clouds don't have silver linings........ but kitkats do :)

I realise that if everything goes ok I will not be here at Christmas and I will be in a country where they do not even celebrate Christmas  and anyway I would rather give the money directly to Havoca (retailer's share price will do fine without me) so I will make a donation instead.

Hi placed an order now
It was very easy to use
Lots of things took me a while to work it out but glad I persevered

Bumping so other people can use the gift shop
I hate shopping in the high street too many crowds and trying to park
Internet shopping is great

Hugs all Hovis xx :angel7:

Hi

Not exactly a christmas present but mum wanted a steam cleaner! helped her choose one on the internet (basically showed her a picture on my ipad!) she liked - I ordered as it was through amazon - Havoca should benefit.

Which is more that the floor she has brought it for - my mother will probably use it once or twice and then it will stand in the cupboard. But as it her money she chooses what she wants to buy with it!

It arrived two days later - have put it together for her, shown her how to use it, who knows!

I saw the moon landings as they happened and those images and memories helped me when times were bad

hello I've not been on here for a few months, am pretty peeved at not being able to get into the main forums until I answer a
(now out-dated) poll question..! I couldn't even make this comment without voting. I'm so peeved that I am logging out again
and finding another forum for now.

I know that fund-raising is necessary, and I admire people that put in the time and effort to do it but this poll should not be
compulsory, and people should not be made to feel guilty if they leave no comment.

If you have other ideas to how this could work we will gladly listen to your advice.

The poll is compulsory to alert people - if they feel guilty then thats an issue with them not with the poll. Sadly, we need money, like any organisation.

Incidentally, you don't need to leave a comment to continue to the main site and once you've voted once you don't have to keep coming back to this poll.

Good luck finding a nother forum. Our links page contains details of good ones.

Our door is always open, should you wish to come back,

Jamie
