Help for Adult Victims of Child Abuse
We are not defined by what was done to us. We are defined by what we choose to do next.
HAVOCA exists because silence is not healing, and isolation is not safety. We are a community of survivors; strong, complex, and unapologetically human, who refuse to let childhood abuse be the final word in our story.
We believe that healing is not a destination, but a practice. It’s messy, nonlinear, and deeply personal. It happens in quiet moments, in brave conversations, in the presence of others who understand. That’s why we’re here.
We are not therapists. We are not experts. We are each other. And that’s enough.
We hold space for pain, but we also hold space for joy, for growth, for the possibility of thriving. We protect this space fiercely with boundaries, with integrity, and with care because trust is sacred and safety is earned.
We do not flinch from hard truths. We name harm. We challenge shame. We speak, even when our voices shake. Because every time a survivor is heard, the world becomes a little more just.
We are global, but we are personal. We are many, but we are one. We are survivors, and we are building something that lasts.
This is HAVOCA. This is what healing looks like.
