However it finds you, please know this: you are not alone here. Your feelings are valid, your story matters, and you belong in this community exactly as you are.

To our moderators, thank you for your steady presence, your compassion, and the countless unseen hours you give to keep this forum safe. Your work is the quiet backbone of HAVOCA, and we are deeply grateful.
