I am a work in progress just like everybody else. I don’t do all the life management techniques perfectly, but making an attempt is what matters. Living with childhood trauma is really hard. Other people do not understand how much courage and effort it takes to heal. I get it…and I want you to know I am thinking of you and rooting for you. Don’t give up. It is worth the price. Don’t let the abusers win. Defy trauma and embrace joy.
