New Year's Day 2024
As we welcome the new year, I want to remind you that you are not alone. Your journey of healing and recovery is unique, but it is also shared by many others who have gone through similar experiences. You are strong, resilient, and together with us, you are capable of overcoming the trauma.
Remember that healing is not a linear process. There will be ups and downs, and that's okay. You are not alone. Reach out to your support system, whether it's a friend, family member, or a professional. You deserve to be heard, seen, and validated.
As you move forward, remember to be kind to yourself. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small it may seem. Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental health. You are worthy of love, respect, and happiness.
You are not defined by your past, but by the strength and resilience that you have shown in overcoming it.

Re: New Year's Day 2024
Thank you Jamie. Wishing everyone a productive new year and that we all make good progress with our healing in 2024.
No matter how small each achievement we make might look to those who haven't been through trauma let's give ourselves credit that they're all massive for us.
