Thankyou for updating that Jamie, I've been looking for an appropriate journal but last I checked they were dated, which is okay, but for the year we were coming to the end of! Doesn't look like an issue with this selection.

I also think the mindfulness pack could be good for my niece to help deal with her own MH troubles....
